Party Administration Program At Sun Adjusters of Arizona we are intent on meeting the needs of our clients. We have developed and can tailor our TPA Program to meet the needs of any client who is looking for a total claim management solution. When designing a program we solicit the client for needs and objectives in order that our program will meet every need and provide a seamless integration into the clients business. Our objective is to provide quick response, cost effective, efficient and timely resolution of claims. Our Client and its customers are our primary focus. We make timely decisions on claim direction, based on exposure, economics and claim expense. When a claim has a significant exposure to the client, we provide a full evaluation including cost of defense to the client so that an informed decision can be made on the future direction of the claim. Our litigation management practices will be followed, when applicable, to either vigorously defend or settle a case in collaboration with the client’s direction. Our intent is to not set precedent or introduce bad law when a case can be settled. We consistently comply with Department of Insurance requirements as well as all State and Federal Laws.
